BEFORE | AFTER This house was thoughtfully renovated with great attention to detail. The owner, a Canadian architect, worked closely with our team throughout the design process, integrating Yucatecan elements into the house in a modern way.
BEFORE | AFTER The goal for this project was to give our clients' back patio a fresh identity and better functionality. The space was underutilized, with drainage issues and a lack of shade, making it uncomfortable to spend time outdoors during the day. We added a shade mesh structure with a fan for comfort and cooling. The floor was updated with concrete pavers, and we added a small green area to address drainage problems. We also concealed pipes, gave the walls new finishes, and installed wall-mounted lighting and spotlights to highlight key features at night. The result is a functional and inviting outdoor space that can be enjoyed both day and night.
BEFORE | AFTER For this bathroom renovation, the client wanted a more contemporary design with more durable finishes. We used ceramic tiles and granite, improved the lighting, increased the mirror space, and updated the faucets and fixtures.
BEFORE | AFTER In the art room, we opted for a yellow cement finish that is low maintenance and ideal for Merida’s humid climate. The checkered floor pattern was replaced with white pasta tiles to create a clean backdrop for the artwork in this space. We also replaced some of the worn wood ceiling beams to preserve the original viguetillas.
